Ensured a continuous support to US & UK sites to facilitate the Taking over of Wind Turbines to Customer & O&M Departments. This support is materialized by the analysis of WTG defects, the material definition-procurement and logistic from FR to UK/US and the development of method statements.
Developed and implemented Completion Strategies to support UK/US sites from France.
Implemented various processes related to method statement approval, material management follow-up,..
Organized the analysis of more 8000 defects to identify required parts & method statements to ensure the closure of the backlog and additional defects, delaying the Taking Over.

Ensured that WTG Nacelles from FR Factory are prepared for ex-work shipment to the US. Oversaw that the PMO Organization is equipped and organized to finalize any incomplete tasks received from the Factory, addressing all Nacelles-related matters impacting the PMO organization at the appropriate level and in a timely manner.
Monitored the development and implementation of specific processes within Supply Chain and PMO Organizations related to Test & Commissioning, Preservation, Quality, and Completion.
Implemented a new Quality Visual Inspection Process at Supply Chain Factory.
Oversaw all PMO Commissioning Tests conducted at the Factory, enhancing the quality of Tests and ensuring that Exwork Components were ready for Load Out.
Sponsored and supported the development of a new IT tool aimed at bringing together various organizations on a unified platform.
Initiated multiple actions, including workshops, training sessions, and audits, to enhance quality at both Supply Chain and PMO levels.
