I bring strong expertise in project management, quality process development and improvement, and continuous improvement strategies. I also have solid technical knowledge in electrical systems, Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning. Known for being a fast learner and a good listener, I excel under pressure and maintain a high level of performance in demanding environments.

I am fluent in both French and English and hold certifications as a Project Director, along with GWO (Global Wind Organisation) training specific to offshore operations.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about cinema, TV series, volleyball, aquascaping, and traveling abroad—always eager to explore new cultures and perspectives.

I've travelled many countries: US / UK / France / Portugal / Spain/ Italy / Turkey / Germany / Netherlands / Switzerland / Belgium / Austria

Hi! I'm Léo ROULAND,

With over 8 years of experience in the wind energy sector at General Electric, I have developed a solid foundation in both technical and project management roles. In May 2025, I took a new step by launching my own company LR Energy Consulting and now work as an independent consultant in the wind industry.

Throughout my career, I have worked in the different department of the wind including Supply Chain, Project Management Office and Operation & Maintenance. I have been part of Quality, Completion (also called Punch List), and Commissioning.

This diverse background has given me a comprehensive understanding of wind turbine project lifecycles and the ability to adapt quickly to different phases and challenges.
